Contest Name: LeatherDaddy Folsom Contest
Prize: $500 Gift Card to Mr. S Leather
Dates: Contest starts immediately and ends at midnight the Sunday after Folsom Street Fair. The live drawing will be held October 1st after Folsom.

Participation Instructions:

1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18+ to enter.

2. How to Enter:

   • Post a picture or video of yourself in your favorite gear holding your favorite LeatherDaddy product.
   • Post on Twitter/X, Instagram, or Facebook. Tag @LeatherDaddyCo on Twitter/X and @LeatherDaddySkinCo on Facebook and Instagram.
   • Each post counts as one entry. There’s no limit on entries—the more you post, the more chances to win.
   • Pictures or videos don’t need to be professionally shot—just show off your favorite product and have fun!

3. Bonus Entry Options:

   • Video Posts: Receive 5 entries for every video posted.
   • Purchases: For every $10 spent on LeatherDaddy products, receive 1 additional entry.

4. Entry Deadline: Sunday at midnight after Folsom Street Fair.

Rules & Guidelines:

• You must be 18 or older to participate.
• You must follow @LeatherDaddyCo on the platform where you're posting (Twitter/X, Instagram, or Facebook).
• Each post must tag @LeatherDaddyCo.
• Unlimited entries are allowed: submit as many posts as you like for more chances to win.
• The content must be respectful and adhere to community guidelines of the social media platforms (no nudity on Instagram and Facebook, for example).
• No purchase is necessary to enter, but participants can gain extra entries with each $10 spent.

Winner Selection & Announcement:

• Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected randomly via a live drawing on Instagram the Monday after Folsom.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they posted on.
• Prize: $500 gift card to Mr S Leather.

Promotion Strategy:

• Email Blast: Announce the contest to your email subscribers, outlining how they can participate, the prize details, and the extra ways to win.
• Social Media Posts: Regular posts and stories on all LeatherDaddy platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook) to promote the contest leading up to and during Folsom Street Fair.

• Incentivize Sharing: Encourage participants to share the contest with friends in your posts.

2. Entry Requirements: Participants must post on social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, or Facebook) and tag @LeatherDaddyCo to qualify. Each post counts as an entry. Videos count as five entries, and for every $10 spent on LeatherDaddy products, participants earn an additional entry.

3. Entry Deadlines: All entries must be submitted by midnight on the Sunday following the Folsom Street Fair.

4. No Purchase Necessary: A purchase is not required to participate, but additional entries can be earned through purchases.

5. Content Guidelines: Posts should not contain any offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content. LeatherDaddy Skin Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to community standards or social media guidelines.

6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random in a live drawing on Instagram the Monday after Folsom. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

7. Prize: The prize is a $500 gift card to Mr S Leather. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

8. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where they posted their entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, LeatherDaddy Skin Co. reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant LeatherDaddy Skin Co. the right to use their submitted photos/videos for promotional purposes, including social media posts and website features, without additional compensation.

10. Disqualification: LeatherDaddy Skin Co. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates contest rules or submits inappropriate content.

12. Changes to Contest: LeatherDaddy Skin Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if any unforeseen circumstances arise.
