Shipping

We try to ship all in-stock items within 72 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Upon checkout you will have the option of selecting; USPS, UPS, DHL as your shipping carrier. Rates and speed of shipping will display once you select your country and zip code. If you have any specific shipping instructions please include them in the "notes"  field on the checkout page. We ship discretely in plain boxes, the return address will be listed as; LeatherDaddy Skin Company.

For international shipments, we must include documentation stating the contents of the package for Customs purposes. We have no control over Customs procedures, duties, taxes or fees charged by any government for imported products purchased on our Web Store. We are not responsible for packages that are opened or seized by Customs or any other government officials.

We have no control over shipping carrier policies, delivery times, or missed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ORDER. 

When choosing a shipping speed, bear in mind that is specific to the carrier and not order processing times. (example: if you choose Priority Shipping, that means when the carrier receives it your order will ship faster.) Shipping times go into effect after the carrier receives it. Not processing time.
